Background, Research Interests, and Current Projects:
Todd is currently working on multiple projects for the Landscape Ecology Lab. He is involved in collecting field data from sites in California, Nevada, and Utah. His contributions include gathering soil samples, vegetation data, and tree core samples for dating stands of pinyon and juniper as well as stands of sierran conifers.
In the lab Todd performs tree core sample preparation, data entry, and canopy cover GIS layer manipulations.
Next spring Todd will be finishing his senior year and looks forward to continuing to participate in environmental research.
