WATER RESOURCE ECONOMICS AND POLICY APEC 415/615 Instructor: Room FA 301, Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 to 5:15pm Course Objective This course is designed to develop an understanding of how water resources are allocated among competing uses. It outlines economic principles and techniques to analyze public policy problems related to water resources. In addition, the students are expected to develop an understanding of emerging issues related to water resources in the west.
