This workshop took place July 17-22, 2005.


Course Description - This course occurred in conjunction with a workshop involving faculty from different institutions and disciplines regarding developing a graduate course on interdisciplinary modeling for aquatic ecosystems. Students were introduced to models that are available in different disciplines and how such models might be applied together to address aquatic ecosystem issues, address issues of variability and uncertainty in implementing interdisciplinary approaches, and gain experience in working in interdisciplinary teams to apply interdisciplinary modeling approaches to increase knowledge about aquatic ecosystems.

• Model Exercise 3: Combining models from two disciplines (all students and participants)

• Evaluations (all students): All students must complete evaluations as part of the course
