Fellow: Mr. Heng Liu, Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, Nanjing, CHINA

Host: Dr. Ximing Cai (M. ASCE), International Food Policy Research Institute

Paper title: Restoration of pastureland ecological system in the Western Inner Mongolia
Note: Mr. Liu was unable to attend due to the SARS crisis; he will participate as a Fellow in the 2004 World Water and Environmental Congress in Salt Lake City, Utah; Dr. Cai presented Dr. Liu’s paper for him

Fellow: Dr. Nalin Wikramanayake, Open University, Columbo, SRI LANKA

Host: Dr. Glenn E. Moglen (M. ASCE), University of Maryland
