DATA BASE

            The data base currently contains about 20,000 of the approximately 90,000 specimens housed in the RENO Herbarium. Plant groups that are completely data based are types, Nevada’s rare plants, Astragalus, Eriogonum, and Penstemon. We are currently working on placing our holdings of noxious weeds on the data base.
