In order to consider your application, the following items must be received in our office on or before the deadline:

1. $30.00 non-refundable application fee:
• make checks payable to Board of Regents
• In memo section on check specify Dietetic Internship application fee
2. Application forms
3. Cover Letter
4. Verification Statement or Intent to Complete form
5. Transcripts
6. Select Site Preference - on a separate piece of paper, please indicate whether you are interested in the Reno site, the Las Vegas Site, or both.
7. References (at least 3). These should be provided on the enclosed ADA recommendation forms. One is provided in the application packet. You will need to make additional copies for other required references.

Application packet are available on the UNR Nutrition Department web site. Questions should be addressed to Karen Felten, MS, RD, Program Director. The UNR DI uses the standard ADA application forms. Please use the most recent version.
