Rangeland Cattle Economic Impacts Of Grazing Buyouts
Leased grazing for privately owned livestock has been an important use of public rangelands throughout Nevada, especially for Eureka and White Pine Counties, Nevada. This project will provide information as to the trade-offs between buy-outs and financial feasibility of Nevada's ranches. It will also provide information as to the level of economic activity the local ranch sector will be before and after a proposed buy-out program.  Read More...
